I've been awaiting a creditcheck from Direct TV for some weeks today (terminated support in August). Everytime I contact them to discover where it's, there's a brand new justification:
1. We've the incorrect target.
2. Was delivered and shredded.
3. The situation was shut.
Occasionally there's no justification at-all and that Iam placed on store for all moments and compelled to hold up.
I just need the several bucks I am owed.
Customer support is terrible, rude with no one knows something.
Everytime I contact they need me to reconnect, that we WON'T EVER do centered on bad customer support.
