Horrible Service Options - Raising Fees

For the past year I have been very satisfied with my DIRECTV service. However, over the past few months my bill has slowly been creeping up! With the economy the way it is, I called the other day to try to get some reductions and find out if they had options to reducing the rising rates. The agent seemed as if I were doing the company a favor by subscribing to their service! I told her Comcast is offering the basic same service for 1/3 the price. She then pulled out the kicker that I'll be charged $200 if I change. I am very dissatisfied with this service and plan to tell everyone I can to stay away from DIRECTV!!!

I also have referred two people who signed up previously over the past year and I never got the incentive payment they advertise on TV. It is a scam so don't even bother making a referral.
