Where in the world is Customer Service? - DirecTv Company itself

Does DirecTv have a customer service department??? It's AMAZING to me how well they protect it!!! Try to get one of their robots in a call center to give you satisfaction or a number to customer service and they say they don't have it — Cancel your service and an agent will be calling you so quickly you wouldn't have enough time to send them an inquiring email! I hope all consumers considering choosing DirecTv read this then reconsider their options. I also pray that anyone at DirecTv headquarters does monitor this site, as I know it is the only feedback they get since they don't have phones for incoming calls!!! FIND A COMPANY, ANY COMPANY, THAT CARES~ DirecTv is NOT one that does!!!
