I had FIOS installed on March 6 and am still being billed for my old DSL which the servicemen disconnected. I have talked to 27 people since 11 am this morning and still not resolved. I have been to West Virginia, Pennsylvania and even India. I just get forwarded to the next person - each sounding so sincere - "don't hang up - I'll be able to help you". I hold for 15-20 and then it rings somewhere else.
