I'd an appt for 12-4 nowadays to repair a that does not work. I obtained a telephone call from somebody declaring a lot of specialists named in; please phone and unrecognizable amount to reschedule. I called DirectTV at4:30 plus they meeting named the installation organization, Ironwood Communications. The records the "owner" for Ironwood read from the work-order claims no body was house. I informed DirecTV which was not the case, I've not quit my house at-all nowadays, they informed the DirecTV customer support that my next contact range was hectic plus they could not obtain a your hands on me... I never offered them another quantity. The owner was not able to obtain a your hands on mail to discover that which was happening and that I requested they contact me back. I called back at4:55pm and today at 5:30 I'm still on-hold waiting to consult with the mail boss and also have no solutions. The owner keeps getting back about the point looking to get me to reschedule and have a day-off function and also have me spend $100 in order for them to come repair their gear that's no longer working! To top it down, they could not provide me the amount to mail since it is personal

I've noticed six the web sites with grievances regarding Ironwood for DirecTV installations, does not appear to be DirecTV cares significantly, they've currently charged me and noted my purchase as finished!
