Debit Card Charged 347.28 After Order Cancelled Before Install

I had relocated to GA, and in the process I ordered direct TV. I only authorized 19.99 to be charged to my debit card for shipping of the equipment. They said we were approved and that is all we had to pay to get started. That was not true.

I cancelled the service even before they were supposed to hook it up, because they couldn't find a confirmation number. I gave them what I was given and said to cancel the order, not send me anything and not charge my credit card. The rep assured me they wouldn't. The next day my debit card was charged 347.28, which I never agreed to. They are scandalous. It made my bank account negative (we just moved) and caused me problems. Thank God I had Bank of America, and I disputed the charges, and finally they gave the money back. Horrible horrible horrible!
