My bank of america debit card was charge $1 unauthorized

I had my Bank of America debit card charge by this company called RN help. Real.com wa in the amount of $1 that was not authorized by me. I now have to call my bank to dispute this charge and probably cancel my card. Its horrible using your debit card should be safe online and on the phone or anywhere especially in this day and age and where so much identity theft is going around. Ive change my bank of america debit card four times already as someone used my account number to purchase items I didnt authorized. Come on a big bank like Bank of America should have better security to beat these criminals with all the fees they charge.
