Directv has the most horrible customer service I have EVER experienced! I got Directv in Feb and had problems from the beginning. My service was supposed to be around 60.00 a month after I completed my rebate. Once my rebate was filled out my bill was outrageous. I was told by directv my rebate was never completed. Also after my 3 free months of Showtime were up, I was contacted by them to see if I would like to keep it and add it to my bill. I said no. The next month I was charged for it. I had to call 2 additional times for that to be resolved. I used a different credit card as a one time payment and advised them it was not to be kept on file. That card was charged 2 additional times after multiple calls to correct. And finally just as I had became fed up. I moved to a new house and asked for boxes to be shipped so I could return the equipment. I have now just called for the 3rd time in 2 wks to have the correct address changed. Each person I have spoken to assured me it would be resolved. To be such a simple concept, Directv sure seems too incompetent to handle it.
