The worst, unfriendly, argumentative, rude, people for customer service I have ever encountered. They used to be the best I'm not sure what happened but for the last few years their customer service and willingness to get you taken care of "the first time you call" has totally gone down the tubes!!! It took me five hours of arguing to get them to listen to me and to get my issues solved and still all the things I wanted to take care of are yet to be dealt with. I have made three trips to the store and got pretty much the same service there from the sales team twice in two weeks. I had to make three phone calls that took up over five hours of my day! Seems they are more miser oriented then ever! You would think keeping there clients would be top priority over a $30.00 credit for bad service, a bad phone and five hours of my time. Abusive behaviors given to me should be worth more than that my recommendation is going with a entirely different company. I've now spent 15000.00 with Verizon and have been their costumer for over 10 years and this is how I get treated not right at all I should get compensated for all my time, mental anguish, anxiety, distress and abusive trauma they put me threw!
