They are terrible. I was loyal customer for a year.

I called caused we wanted to down grade our service. I called and talked to an agent they convinced me for an upgrade for the same price. I went with there service when I received our bill it was not what we were quoted. I called an spoke to another agent they said it's prorated and our new bill is what we were quoted.

When I got my new bill shocked higher then what we were quoted. Called again spoke to another agent said we are going to open a case and in two day someone will call you. Shocking no one called. I called again spoke to 3 agents assistant manager then manager no one helped me.

I asked them go listen to your tapes. Sorry we can't do that. Honestly are you kidding me. Then they want to downgrade us for more money that is how they want to help us downgrade us for more money.
