Complaint Battery Department

On Feb. 11, I went to Walmart to purchase a battery. I was quoted a price of $67. For a 3 year warranty. I told them to go ahead and install it. When I went to pay my bill, the price was $90. Which included taxes. I then told them that I was quoted a lesser price and should have been informed before they installed it. The man that quoted me the price was called and he said that the price had gone up to $82. I asked to see the manager and he would not listen to my complaint. I had no choice but to pay the amount. I feel that if I hd been a man something might have been done, but I am an 81 year old lady and I am thoughtly discusted with this dept. I have spread the word how unfair Walmart is to their customers. Needless to say, I will not return to that department. Sincerely, Mary Schroedte
