Okay so here's my problems... I am constantly experiencing problems with my vod and im am honestly on the phone with Comcast 6or7 times a month. I've had things added to my bill that I haven't asked for I've tried to order movies for weeks at a time and not been able to. I called for four days straight spoke to three different reps and a manager and all of them told me to have a tech come so when I did he showed up (without boot covers I might add lol) he said he can't fix it its the companies problem I opened my bill and saw a 30 dollars service fee for that visit it took three more days and countless phone calls to have that chaege removed. I've spoke to one women who told me she didn't have a supervisor for me to speak to another woman asked me and I quote" do it work now" wtf I can't even imagine offering service like this to people and actually making them pay for it.
