Unhappy new custome

My husband and I purchased DirecTV 2 weeks ago and our install appointment was Sept 17 they call and cancel due to "overbooking" and rescheduled for Sept 21.. We get another call with the same excuse of why they aren't coming. And rescheduled again. I do not think this is right nor fair to a new customer. We are very displeased with customer service. This is more than ridiculous. Very unhappy customer and don't even have it hooked up yet!!
