Very unhappy - lied about terms

I was told that I was out of my DIRECTV contract by a supervisor because I wanted to stop my service. So I stopped service. Then I find out I'm being charged for breaking the contract and the supervisor said there was nothing that he could do. So I asked him I thought DIRECTV was rated number one in customer service and I said I'm unhappy with what has gone on and he paused for the longest time until I said something and he said he could do nothing to help me. And there is SO much more. So I'm telling everybody online and in my life about my not just bad but Horrible time with DIRECTV. And another thing I'm looking online and it's SAD how many people are mad at this company.
