Hotel booking canceled by Travelocity - We were going on our honeymoon!

Travelocity should be shut down! My husband and I are leaving for our honeymoon tomorrow and we'd booked a trip to Maui at least 2 weeks in advance. On a whim, I decided to call the hotel today to check if the reservation existed since I hadn't heard from them. MY BOOKING WAS CANCELED!!! They told me travelocity sent them a fax and canceled the booking. Whaaaaaaaaattttttt! They told me they couldn't do anything and travelocity basically f*ud up. I called travelocity and this customer service agent confirmed that the booking was canceled but could not explain why. He put me on hold FOR 45 MINUTES and then came back and basically told me he couldn't do much about it today, but that I should reach the hotel and then give them a call and they'll try to resolve this. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I issued some threats saying this wasn't going to be great for their PR and he said he'd connect me to a supervisor. He put me on hold for 5 mins and then came back and said all his supervisors were busy! WOWWwww. I asked him to refund me the money and then had to look for a higher priced hotel at the last minute. No more travelocity for me and i will ensure this message reaches other folks.
