Overcharged-then dbl charge on credit card—won't rectify the problem—cutomer services is a joke—spent over 27 min on hold to no avail

Please join me in boycotting TRAVELOCITY&

We booked our weekend trip away through Travelocity — when we rec'd our credit card statement we were charged by both Travelocity & the hotel we stayed at&

And the funny thing is&Travelocity's room rate was higher!

We have been trying to get a refund form either Travelocity or the hotel— the hotel tells that they can't refund our money because Travelocity hasn't paid them&

A vicious circle to say the least&

Upon calling Travelocity&they offered me a $25 discount on my next booking&ugghhh&do they honestly think I would book through them again!

Meanwhile we wait&
