Terrible Service - Terrible Customer Support - Do Not sail together

Ecently visited on-one of Circusis Sail outlines March 30- April 1st.

We visited supper the very first evening only a little overdue since we'd available sitting. We got there only a little overdue but prior to the cafe was designed to shut. We did not realize why however they stated we're not longer sitting. Arrive at discover Saturday evening they switched us away half an hour prior to the cafe ends. Actually on Sunday evening these were helping supper and sitting people 20 minutes once they shut. We were switched away to-go eat burgers and chips.

Also there is some sudden actually that created us return to long beach each day early. Nicely due to the conditions they'd to generate two times as quickly and obtain from Mexico to Long Beach in one single evening. Well you know what due to the uneven water and also the vessel shifting at this type of quick pace we both got sea-sick. We're able tonot eat could do something... We'd a complete 1 1/2 times lost on the 3-day sail. We just truly got one-night plus one evening which was fairly pleasant. I attempted to get hold of Circus by email and e-mail plus they never replied. I named a couple weeks later plus they believed to poor. They'll not do something for me personally or could not say why I had been switched away for lunch. Actually is that this the manner in which you handle individuals who had a poor experience. I continued a Carnival cruise before and anything was good but this journey was terrible. I subsequently began studying some issues about Circus. I would like to let you know I'll never continue another cruise line together. Additionally after I told them they appeared to not care.individuals continue any cruise point apart from Carnival... They're the toughest!!!
