Poor service

Very poor service, on booking hotel with top secret hotel, booked 15 miles out of area i selected. Colled customer service 2 times. If i wanted to stay in that area i would have checked that area. U gave a choice in the area i wanted to stay. I did not chose the area u stuck us in. If my aera was not avable u should say so, and tell us to make another selection, but no, u stuck us wher we did not want to be, 2 bad so sad, your stuck we have u locked in, we have your money.instead of trying to solve this problem your customer service put me on hold for 30 min. Never came back to phone, icalled back talked to person in charge, they said they would call hotel, they would would call me back, i am still waiting, verf poor service. I will never use travelocity again for anything ever again.
