Poor service - Travelocity

Ooked with top secret hotels, we were given several ares of town, chose a price range in and area we wanted to stay. Hurstborne is what we selected, if we wanted to stay in any other area i would have chose other options. If there was on hotel in my selection you should had said nothing is avable in your area, please make another area, instead you booked us 15 miles from my sslection. I called customer service, put me on hold for 30 min NO ONE CAME BACK TO PHONE. I called back again talked to person in charge, they said they would call hotel to try to cancel booking, she said she would call back in a hour, NO ONE CALLED BACK, travelocity said it was my problem, the way is set up is very poor. I am stuck with this location. I will never use travelocity again, and will tell others not to use travelociyt.
