Secret hotel in huricane - Flight & Hotel Reservation

Do not use travelocity, they don't care about safety of customers. I booked a secret hotel for Rhode Island on Monday fully intending to go up and deliver my daughter to college to cranston, warwick area on sat. Found out that there are alot of people evacuating. Do you think travelocity would budge. I know what it says about the refunds and secret hotels but come on to travel in an area that is under hurricane warning is just plain stupid. I even got an email saying that travelocity would work with me since my travel plains were in the hurricane area, I guess that was just words. My thing is that I may have used them again, most definately would of had they worked with me. Customer service is poor as well. On hold for over an hour. Will not use these people again.
