I have just had a terrible experience with Priceline.com. When my hotel reservation didn't "go through", Priceline told me that the hotel's computer system caused the problem. I called my bank TWICE, once with priceline.com on hold on the other phone line, and the bank confirmed TWICE that my credit card was not the problem. Then priceline.com's service rep. Said he'd call me back in 35 minutes to resolve the issue. Over TEN HOURS LATER, I had to call THEM back and I got NOTHING FROM THEM. I asked for the rate I was SUPPOSED to receive when I tried to book 48 hours before, but I got the runaround and NO HELP, just weak excuses. I will never use them and I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I JUST WANTED TO GO ON VACATION, AND I DID ALL THEY ASKED ME TO DO! But I was left high and dry with NO help from them.
