I had booked a hotel, and they was incorrect information about free parking, I canceled by reservation within 3 minutes, and they want me to wait 30 days to get my money refunded. I had my bank of the phone and asked then to send a fax to confirm the cancellation and they refused repeatedly. My bank, TD is also an issue, because I received and email with the cancelation and not charging my card, but the bank will not accept it, fraud all around in the banking and hotel indiustry
