Rip off ticket ripoff refusal to credit or refund trip

Do not fly jet blue airlines! I purchased a ticket, got sick and could not take trip. When i called to rebook my flight, they told me too bad, i could not rebook my flight and i lost my money. When i contacted customer service, they said the same thing. This airlines should not be allowed to get away with just blatantly stealing people's hard earned money! I will take them to small claims court.
