Caneling your Priceline Hotel reservation! - Name your own price

This morning I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights (I only needed 3 rooms for 1 night) with Priceline!
I noticed my big mistake when I received my booking confirmation by e-mail.
I contacted customer service and explained the circumstances and requested to cancel 1 night for all 3 rooms. CSR was very helpful; she cancelled my booking altogether and issued a refund for 1 night only (50% of my cost). Then I had to make a new reservation and contacted CS again, only then, they issued another refund for the second (50%) - $25 cancellation fees.
The good news is: when I made the new reservation, I offered a lower bid and got accepted in the same great hotel that I had with my first reservation.
Cancellation ended up costing me $10 only.
Not bad at all. I am satisfied.
