I made a huge mistake by assuming that Priceline used a sophisticated program with the proper programming to not book you on an early morning flight when your hotel is 4.5 hours from the airport. Even though the flight was within the "window", I expected the program to make the allowance for travel time to the airport and book a later flight. I was wrong. Also, their customer support is terrible. It amounts to them telling you that you signed a contract and you are now stuck with their outdated and obsolete booking program. I have learned my lesson. I will never use this service again and will tell my story to anyone who will listen. This will catch up with them eventually.instead of the stupid "negotiator" commercials, they should invest in updating their computer programs to the 21st century. Absolute worst service I have ever used. Never again.
