We booked two trips with Priceline. My neighbor and I. We both had the same flights. When about 3 days after booking the nonstop flight, we were emailed saying it was canceled and booked on a 6am morning flight, with a 2 hr layover. No acceptable since we paid for a non stop. We called to complain, which took at least 45 min to get threw to someone, and was recently booked on another flight to our liking. Then, about 2 weeks later, we got an email saying they were canceling our flight, and we would be refunded again. It was because priceline never paid for the tickets supposedly. (to the airline) when calling priceline, there was NO customer service reps who could help us, and the airline was increasingly annoyed also! We just wanted a flight. The screwy thing is, only one of us was canceled, the other still had the flight. What was that all about? Eventually they supposedly rectified the situation, but refused to talk to each other (airline and priceline) until i insisted! So far, we are still okay, but its been almost 1 week!
