Shoddy service and no response to complaint

This can be a company within the DFW region who we employed to displace a lighting installation and operate a plug. After calling and being advised the installation was 12 off the floor they turned up without any hierarchy. The installation was repalced but was installed backwards and it has yet to function. I've attempted numerous occasions and techniques to contact them-and haven't been called back. They went instantly from our workplace and cashed the check and also have not been observed from since. Beware!
