Worst customer service

I have been trying to get a working phone through Online Phone Store for two months now. Returned the first after a couple of weeks and speaker went out. Didn't have all original packaging at that point and they have policies up the wazoo so wouldn't return it. Manufacturer called them and said they didn't care about the box and to honor the return. They sent me out another one, after weeks of phone calls, and it arrived in poor packaging and damaged. Now they want me to wait for UPS to do a damage report before they will send me another.
This company has the worst customer service I've encountered and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
