Exterior door order/install problems

I requested an outside door with installation. The salesman requested the incorrect doorway and also the 'skilled' installation service-arrived late about the first evening of installation and quit early using the deploy partly finished, didn't appear about the return day to accomplish installation and didn't contact to inform me they'd not be there to accomplish the deploy creating me to skip a later date of function, came for that next deploy completion evening with no remaining doorway to set up needing me to change my work routine again to support another return deploy conclusion, and also have not yet appeared to accomplish the installation.

I've called Lowes numerous occasions to protest and also have gotten simply no aid on exercising these issues.
