Shoddy service and no response to complaint

This is a service company in the DFW area who we hired to replace a light fixture and run a plug. After calling and being informed the fixture was 12 off the ground they showed up with no ladder. The fixture was repalced but was mounted backwards and has yet to work. I have tried numerous times and methods to contact them and have not been called back. They went immediately from our office and cashed the check and have not been heard from since. Beware!
