Short circuit in replacement fixture

ALKCO sent me a brand new alternative light installation (Slique T2 SQ213) to displace one which no further performed (balast was faulty). On installing of the brand new installation, my electrician obtained a serious surprise, whilst the entire housing of the fixture was triggered. Not just did not the installation function, but there is a harmful deficiency that may have led to severe damage or death. I'm instantly confirming this deficiency to ensure the firm's items are researched which their neglect doesn't lead to injury to every other customer. They've requested me to come back the installation plus they declare they'll send another alternative. Allegedly, they're considering since the electricianis support cost for just one visit. I might follow this preliminary criticism up when they don't completely protect my costs for adding a performing alternative installation.
