Home Service Store took my deposit from my banking account and when I called to reconfirm the installation they said they had no record of the transaction from 9/12. Floor was to be installed on 9/16. I faxed them the receipt of the transaction and all pertinent information. Brittany said she could not check on it until the am of 9/16 with the accounting dept. On 9/16 the floor will not be installed yet they accepted the deposit. I want my deposit back and I want the installer to pick up the floor for which he charged me $220.00 for delivery. The installer is dihonest and so is the Home Service Store. I want my $700 deposit return with out delay. Also the $25.00 for the estimate since they broke the installation contract.
