Smith's Marketplace
Not Impressive Management - Grocery

I generally shop at the Smith's Marketplace near my home, because of convenience, prices, and products available. Over the course of about 2 years I tend to do ALL of my grocery shopping at this particular location. I am impressed with the variety of products, price, layout of store, cleanliness, most of the checkers, and the gas prices. However, almost every time that I see manager at the store, I am VERY disappointed in how little they do. They seem to be standing around socializing, standing in everyone's way doing nothing, walking around with a scowl on their faces, and taking their sweet time to respond to any kind of call w / a customer (customer service desk or cashier counter).
