Uselessness and Rude people

I purchased an efficeny machine from ABC 12 months and 14 days before. It had been $1,000 and it is no longer working. I've water caught inside it which smells really poorly. No body within the guarantee division thought like arriving recently and so I was not able to contact support that will be caught through another organization. That organization was in and so I did not have to delay. I eventually obtained a callback nowadays and worked it out using the company. I named 248-335-4222 and talked to some assistant that simply kept attempting to provide me the 800-number I named all-day yesterday. I expected her title, she declined. She put on me. That is their headquaters. I talked to Greg, store-manager at Livonia and he was also rude. He believed it had been okay for me personally to not have the ability to examine the fix scenario or obtain a title or concept quantity for that rude secret assistant. Why did I spend $100 for a long guarantee after I am simply handled poorly. Boo abc factory. I'll never purchase from you again. Pity you for such poor support and insufficient curiosity. I suppose when the purchase is created they donot care.
