Long Lines, Low Pay and Uncaring Management After Merger

Since Krogers merged with Ralphs Grocery Co. I've noticed these things, which to me are rip offs:
o Long lines
o Toss TONS of Bakery every 3 days
o Uncaring Management
o Long work hours
o Low Pay (I make 6.90) after 7 years experience
o High Stress, cashier
o My store 97 has more Service techs to fix store than customers.
O High prices, than other Ralphs.
O Public served, Armenian, little English.
O Hours vary, can't plan ahead.
O Main Hqs in Compton, CA.
O Own 400 stores nationwide.
O NO incentives.
O NO growth within Co. For employees.
O NO Future unless U love this stuff.
O Fine Medical
o Unionized (UFCW) Wash DC.

Don't shop Ralphs Grocery, ditto: Vons, Albertsons.
In So CA we suffer in shopping.
My store is in Glendale CA.
