I researched on Brothers Printers. I use them at work and wanted to purchase one for my home. I looked up prices & compariison shopped. I carried print outs from Office Depot, Staples and Best Buy. They were 99. Dollars. For the MFC 615CW. I went twice to staples & the first guy said he could not match the price. The next day I printed off Staples price for 99 dollars. The manager on Sunday said our sales ended last night. I pointed to his coworker & said I came during the week & he refused to match prices & never told me it was on sale nor was it signed. He just said I'm sorry. I left a wireless mouse, pad & the printer on the counter & went and purchaed through Best Buy. As a former Home Depot Manager for 20 plus years, this was very poor customer service. Someone should alert their Top Management of money walking out the door. The store is very close to my home. I also shop for our Completions Department here. I will not be shopping at this store again.
