Next effective call for guarantee support on a single item - and Sears functions like its our first call ("we are able to have somebody there btw 1 and 5 per week from Mon") First phone: late May, maintained on June 4. Next phone: June 4 (two hours after technician left), maintained on June 12. Next phone (June 13 9 am); earliest fix - per week from Monday. That is Sears Warranty Service.
