Horrible service

After investing lots of cash ($1,000) on the new fridge just three years before, it's gone out. I called when it stop cooling, Friday, June 22nd, to routine support with Sears (where I bought a long guarantee) plus they couldn't support it for and whole week. The very first available (June 29th) obviously, I've dropped all my food and also have been living out-of a cooler to get a week! I can't think that a business as big as Sears doesn't have anyone to support a fridge for seven days! I'd 2 additional competent refrigeration businesses that may have maintained my refrigerator on Friday however they couldn't contact finished since my guarantee is by using Sears! I'll no further purchase any guarantee through Sears. It'll be through the organization of the particular equipment!
