Dryer would not heat. Called Sears on April 30th and told them dryer would not heat. No technician until May 7th. He confirmed dryer would not heat and ordered a heating element. (Why didn't he bring one along on May 7th?) Next appointment to install heating element 2 weeks later on May 21. Now on June 13th have a heavy electrical smell when dryer is going. Dryer heats even on "Delicate" cycle. Called Sears to complain and have someone come to repair what is clearly a safety issue. Cannot have a technician until June 25. Entirely unable to speak directly with any manager or supervisor. Sears has what is called a "Management Empowerment" which is essentially how managers avoid talking to customers. I will not buy from Sears ever again.
