Dryer not working

Sears notified on Monday, April 21, that dryer needed repair (I have Master Protection service warranty on this appliance). Sears could not schedule repair until 13 days later on Saturday, June 2. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE timeframe for "a valued customer".
