Second-Day International Package from Pakistan Not Delivered

My mom sent me a package from Pakistan for my son's birthday on 10/26/09. FedEx in Pakistan told my mom that she should send the package as second-day shipment, since the birthday was on 11/4/09. With second-day shipment, we should have received our package on 10/29/09. However, FedEx failed, and today is 11/4/09 and I still do not have my package.
When I called FedEx looking for my package, they told me the delivery address was incorrect, so they sent the package back to the shipper. After reviewing the address, it was the correct address. Then they changed the story and told me that my package is stuck in customs for clearance and there is no time warranty since it goes under the government.
FedEx is a total rip-off. They charged me RS 3500 for second-day delivery, and I still do not have my package after more than a week. I suggest to everyone, "do not use FedEx international service." A bunch of liars!
