Costly Package and Delay of Delivery

FEDEX has VERY POOR service. I recently sent an international package. Fedex promised me it would be delivered in one week. Four weeks later, 14 calls, 7 emails, and lots of excuses from Fedex Customer Service it arrived. I and my associates will never do business with this organization again!!
