Makes unauthorized debits against customer acounts

We were experiencing some hard times due to my wife being out of work and we were no longer able to afford Direct TV. Direct TV turned off our services. We made a small payment toward our outstanding bill in good faith.

Direct TV claims they sent us a box in which to return their equipment. We received no box. On Friday Direct TV made an unauthorized charge against my account stealing what is essentially the money I need to keep a roof over my family's head.

Not only did they make an unauthorized debit against my acccount for the past due bill, but they also billed me for the equipment they gave me no opportunity to return. Plus a cancellation fee knowing we did not want to cancel the account, just temporarily turn off the services until times improve.

Beware of Direct TV... They have no decency... No scruples and are dishonest and theives.
