Cancellation fee with fault equipment installed

On 5/14 I had a direct TV receiver installed in my RV. I have a roof atenena and the installer said the system was okay. I left on a 21 day trip from Naples FL to Denver CO on 06/06. I did not turn on the TV until 06/07 and I could not get a signal. I called Direct TV and went through the steps to correct and it did no good. The Direct TV rep said it was likely the antena.

On 06/12, upon arrival in CO I went to RV America in Loveland. The tech tested the antena and, at a cost of $112.00, verified that it was working.

On 06/13 I called Direct TV to try to set up an appointment to get a new reciever. After several calls Direct TV could not set up and appointment while I was in Colorado. There was no cooperation from direct TV to get a nwew piece of equipment.

Now, even though their equipment did not work or was not p[roperly installed, they want a cancellation fee of $348.00.in addition, I cannot speak to a live person to discus a logical solution.
