Misleading move for Free Add Blacklick Ohio

I moved last year and called the number DirecTV provided to get the free move that they offer online and on TV. They sent a private contractor who charged me $40 to install and align the dish at my new residence.

The company does not charge you themselves but you do have to pay the private contractor they send. If I would have known this I would have not ordered DirecTV in the first place because it was only two months before I moved that I signed up.

The DirecTV add is misleading because it makes you believe that your move will be completely free. When you call to order the move they say nothing about a private contractor.
