Horrible Store Condition - store conditions

I have been a charge customer at Kohls for a few years. I went shopping today at the Fresh Meadows store and was horrified at the store condition. Clothes were all scattered over the floor, people stepping on them, paper thrown around, clothes in total disaray. I was actually shocked at the condition of the store. If I found a sales person, I wanted to voice my disgust, but none was to be found. I have shopped in Kohls in New Jersey and Penna. And was always very pleased at the shopping experience. That's why I opened an account with them and enjoyed doing business in their stores, but today's visit was a total disappointment. The departmental managers should be fired for their lack of responsibility. The toy department has always looked like a hurricane went through it, toys all over the floor that you had to step over to get to a shelf. Shame on you Fresh Meadows store. You had better clean up your act and clean up the store or you can kiss this customer goodbye!!! This is my first complaint I have ever lodged, so you know it took a lot to upset me today.
