Free Annual Dish Move Promised but $50 Fee Quoted

When I signed up, I was told that I could have my dish moved with me once per year free of charge. I have seen the same claims made on TV in their commercials.

I have been with DirecTV for 4 months now and called today to let them know I'm moving. I was told that I would be charged a $50 fee. The customer service rep told me there was no way around this because my account only had 2 months of status, even though he admitted that I have been a customer since January and it is now May 29th.

I explained that in reality I only needed an installer to aim the dish because I can do the rest (setting up receivers, mounting the dish, etc.), and still he insisted that I would have to pay $50.

"One free move per year" - apparently it's not that simple.
