Lied about 1 free move per year Phoenix Arizona

When I signed up I was told that I could have my dish moved with me once per year free of charges. I've seen the same claims made on TV in their commercials. I've been with DirecTV for 4 months now and called today to let them know I'm moving and was told that I would be charged a $50 fee. The customer service rep told me there was no way around this because my account only had 2 months of status (even though he admitted that I've been a customer since January and it's now May 29th).

I explained that in reality I only needed an installed to aim the dish because I can do the rest (setting up receivers, mounting the dish, etc..) and still, he insisted that I would have to pay $50.

"One free move per year"... Apparently it's not that simple.
