Boxes Shipped Boston to LA Arrived Crushed, Claim Being Denied

We shipped several shipping-grade boxes from Boston to LA with FedEx, and all of them arrived smashed and split open, with small and large holes in them. Each of them was noticeably taped up by FedEx because our personal items were falling out. I am a very meticulous packer and took special care to make sure everything was bubble wrapped, popcorned, and secure. The boxes looked like they had been run over. Literally.

We are extremely disappointed by the lack of care and professionalism of FedEx, in addition to the extra hassle we are being given by their customer service department, who are currently trying to deny one small claim we made due to broken kitchenware. We are never using FedEx again.
