Worst service ever! - Shipping by Fed EX

I live in Mexico City and by far here in Mexico FedEx always charge an amount of taxes and other services whatever is the package!!! The FedEx custom agents are a pain in the ass, they are always rude and have the worst mood!!!
They handle my packages like they didn't care, always have had creases in the boxes of everything is a mess inside the package.
I never ever going to use again FedEx for anything in the world!!! Thanks FedEx!!!
