Ruined Products Made Me Refuse Vendors Using This Carrier

It has reached the point that I have had products ruined by FedEx, and I now refuse to buy from any vendor that ships with FedEx. I let the vendors know it. If enough vendors lose enough customers because of the screw-ups at FedEx, they will start using someone else for shipping, and with any luck, FedEx will go out of business.
